Doc.01 // Privacy_Policy

Privacy Policy

ProdLaunchNet ("we", "us") operates from 153A Rue Cardinet, 75017 Paris, France and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our client engagements. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you hold under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1.1 Data We Collect

Contact data you provide directly: full name, work email, phone number, company name, budget range, and the contents of any project brief transmitted through our contact console. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed, gathered through functional cookies and server logs.

1.2 Purpose & Legal Basis

We process contact data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver contracted services, and send transactional correspondence — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in securing and improving the website.

1.3 Retention & Processors

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact. Client project records are retained for the duration of the contract plus 10 years, as required by French commercial and tax law. We use vetted processors (hosting, email, payment) bound by data-processing agreements, all within the EEA where possible. We never sell or rent personal data.

1.4 Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time. Write to [email protected] from the address we hold on file. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), the French supervisory authority.

Doc.02 // Terms_Of_Service

Terms of Service

These terms govern every engagement between ProdLaunchNet, 153A Rue Cardinet, 75017 Paris, France, and its clients. By commissioning a service, approving a quote, or paying an invoice, you accept these terms in full.

2.1 Scope & Change Control

Each engagement is defined by a written quote or statement of work listing deliverables, price, and turnaround. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before any additional development begins. Turnaround windows start once the kickoff inputs and the initial payment are received.

2.2 Payments

Fixed-price projects are invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% at delivery; retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date via the secure pay desk linked from our navigation. Late balances may pause active work after written notice.

2.3 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights in the client-specific deliverables — code, design files, and copy — transfer to you. We retain ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and internal tooling, and reserve the right to reference the non-confidential parts of the work in our portfolio.

2.4 Warranties & Liability

Deliverables are warrantied against material defects for 30 days after handover; we will patch defects at no cost during that window. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

2.5 Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the courts of Paris, France hold exclusive jurisdiction.

Doc.03 // Cookie_Policy

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit prodlaunchnet.com. We keep our footprint minimal and place non-essential cookies only after you authorize them in the floating consent banner.

3.1 Cookies We Use

  • ▸Consent memory — stores your accept or decline choice (pln_cookie_consent, 12 months, strictly necessary).
  • ▸Session integrity — keeps forms and navigation stable during a visit (strictly necessary).
  • ▸Analytics telemetry — aggregated page-view statistics used to improve structure and performance (optional, consent-based).

3.2 Managing Cookies

You can decline optional cookies in the banner at any time, clear stored choices from your browser settings, or block cookies entirely — though blocking strictly necessary cookies may degrade form functionality. Questions go to [email protected].

Doc.04 // Refund_Policy

Refund Policy

We price engagements as fixed scopes so budgets stay predictable. This policy defines when funds returned by ProdLaunchNet are available and how a request is handled.

4.1 Cooling-Off Period

Consumers resident in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because delivery of digital services can begin immediately upon explicit request, that right lapses once work has demonstrably started and you have confirmed this in writing.

4.2 Milestone Refunds

If we cancel an engagement without cause, unearned prepaid fees are refunded within 14 business days. If you cancel, work completed up to the cancellation date is invoiced proportionally and the balance is returned. Deposits covering reserved build capacity are non-refundable once the kickoff window opens.

4.3 Retainers

Monthly retainers can be cancelled before the next billing date; the current month remains billable and unused iteration hours do not roll over beyond one cycle.

4.4 How To Request A Refund

Email [email protected] with your invoice number and reason. We acknowledge within two business hours and resolve approved requests within 14 business days through the original payment method.
